Revamp of Lainsafe

Hello, minor update here.
Lainsafe has received a new revamp made with Bootstrap 4, with the goal in mind of keeping it as minimal as possible.
The server stats are not available on this design yet and it is not optimized for mobile screens. I will release another update soon fixing these aspects.
